5. PRICING & PAYMENT All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). SMÜG LLC reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed.
6. ORDER FULFILLMENT & SHIPPINGOrders are managed from our operations in Miami Beach, Florida. As a print-on-demand business, orders are fulfilled by our production partners and shipped directly to you. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. SMÜG LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
7. RETURNS & REFUNDS All return and refund requests are subject to our separate Refund Policy, available on our website. Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our products, all sales are generally final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on this site — including but not limited to artwork, graphics, logos, product designs, and text — is the exclusive property of SMÜG LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
