RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our Commitment At SMÜG LLC, we're committed to delivering premium quality with every order. All items are custom-made on demand just for you, ensuring freshness and reducing waste.

Quality Guarantee We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for:

  • Defective or damaged items
  • Printing errors or quality issues
  • Wrong item shipped

Return Shipping We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns. A prepaid return label will be provided upon approval of your return request.

What We Don't Accept Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect size ordered (please check our size charts before ordering)
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Items marked as final sale

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at hello@smüg.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and photos clearly showing the issue
  3. We'll review and respond within 2 business days
  4. If approved, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund

Exchanges We're happy to exchange defective items for the same product. For size exchanges on non-defective items, you'll need to place a new order.

Refunds Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

There are no restocking fees on any returned items.
