SHIPPING POLICY SMÜG LLC Last Updated: March 13, 2026


1. OVERVIEW SMÜG LLC partners with print-on-demand fulfillment providers — to produce and ship your orders. Because each item is made to order, please allow production time before shipment.

2. PRODUCTION TIME All orders require a production period before shipping:

  • Standard production: 2–7 business days (varies by product and supplier)
  • Production time is separate from shipping/transit time
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays

3. SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES Once your order is fulfilled, estimated transit times are:

United States 3–5 business days 1–3 business days
International 10–20 business days 5–10 business days

Transit times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to carrier, weather, or customs are outside our control.

4. SHIPPING CARRIERS Orders may ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other carriers depending on your location and which fulfillment partner produces your item. You may receive multiple packagesfrom separate carriers if your order includes items fulfilled by different suppliers.

5. MULTIPLE PACKAGES Because SMÜG LLC uses more than one fulfillment partner, items in a single order may ship separately and arrive at different times. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.

6. TRACKING Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your confirmation.

7. SHIPPING COSTS Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be applied automatically.

8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We ship internationally to select countries. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. SMÜG LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

9. INCORRECT ADDRESSES Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. SMÜG LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — changes can only be made before production begins.

10. LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue.
